Aikido is a non-aggressive self defense art, mainly empty hand. Anti-bully techniques make up the first three tests. After that, traditional Aikido techniques which end the fight quickly but don’t look like a fight. Advanced also includes aiki weapons; wooden knife, wooden sword, walking staff and long staff disarming.
