Shanan Co-op

Williamson County Home Educators (dba Shanan Co-op) exists to embrace and support families who nurture one another in a Christ-centered community; to sharpen each other and our children through worshipping God corporately and through teaching; and to know one another and be known while we work cooperatively in the areas of spiritual, personal, and academic growth.

Village Co-op

A co-op of homeschooling families who meet in Murfreesboro, TN. Village Co-op strives to provide learning opportunities and support, but most importantly, offers community; a place to connect and build relationships with other homeschooling families. In planning this co-op, the founding members decided that providing community was of utmost importance. The old saying, "it takes a village to raise a child," came to mind. The name was chosen to be a constant reminder that building positive, supportive relationships is what will make the Village a strong and valuable resource. This is an inclusive organization that meets once a week on Wednesdays for K-12 grade classes. Organizers are parent volunteers and teachers are education professionals or homeschooling parents talented in their subject.

Cornerstone Cooperative - Tennessee

Cornerstone is a family-oriented, Christian homeschool co-op committed to learning and growing together with like-minded believers who are dedicated to God’s Word and supporting each other in both education and life. We seek to partner with families who are interested in gathering together to support one other’s unique homeschool calling and to build community as we follow God's will. Our community strives to encourage life-long learning, build up Godly character, and create lasting friendships through the wisdom of the Lord. We are parent-led and do not have any drop-off options. As such, each and every parent has an important role and is vital to making each co-op day run smoothly. We require all parents commit to 3 hours of service as either a teacher, assistant, hall monitor, nursery worker, etc. We currently meet on Mondays in Seymour and Tuesdays in Maryville. Families have the option to attend just one campus or both campuses, whichever meets their needs best.

Raising Arrows Christian Co-op

Raising Arrows Christian Co-op is a parent-led homeschool fellowship that offers educational classes, community, and encouragement as we “raise arrows” for the kingdom of God. Our goal is to honor God in everything we do, which includes raising our children in a manner that reflects our trust and hope in Him and equipping them to go out into the world ready to be salt and light in whatever capacity God sets before them. We believe that for many homeschool families, their "co-op" family provides not only educational instruction and enrichment for the children, but also a forum where both parents and children meet and develop deep, long-lasting friendships and find much needed encouragement and support for their homeschool journey, for life in general, and for their spiritual growth.
