Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole-wheat flour
2/3 cup regular, rolled oats
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Cooking spray
Your favorite toppings

Waffle iron

Instructions:
1. Heat waffle iron as directed. Use cooking spray to grease the heated iron.
2. Place flour, oats, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl,
3. Beat eggs with milk and oil in a medium bowl with a whisk. Add to the bowl of dry ingredients.
4. Stir ingredients with wooden spoon to combine. Do not over stir.
5. Ladle batter into iron. Close lid and cook waffles until golden.
6. Serve with sliced strawberries, blueberries and a dollop of whipped cream, or your favorite toppings.
